The Corner Clubhouse
About This Spot
Stepping into The Corner Clubhouse is like finding a familiar nook where warmth and good company come as naturally as the evening breeze. Nestled in the heart of Magnolia, this space invites a relaxed, unhurried pace — where the hum of conversation mingles with the low murmur of games on the television, and the clink of glasses at the bar blends seamlessly into the background. It’s the kind of place where locals gather without fuss, equally at ease catching a game, sharing a meal, or simply unwinding after a day.
The atmosphere here is approachable and comfortable, with an open dining area that encourages conversation across the room. It's clear the staff understand the rhythm of the place — friendly but not intrusive, attentive without ever feeling rushed. Plenty of spots around the bar offer room to savor a cold beer alongside a plate that's as honest as it is satisfying.
Food at The Corner Clubhouse reflects the spirit of classic American dining with a touch of local heart. You’ll find yourself drawn to dishes that feel like traditions in their own right — a perfectly grilled ribeye that invites slow savoring, sandwiches that strike the right balance between familiar and unexpected, and sides that feel thoughtfully made rather than rushed out. Whether sharing the smoky spice of barbecue nachos or digging into a hearty baked potato topped with savory layers, the food tends to bring people together as naturally as the space itself.
What lingers most after time spent here isn’t just the taste but the easy-going comfort of the place. It’s a spot where the blend of flavors, friendly faces, and unpretentious vibe invites returning visits — a clubhouse in the truest sense, where being just “around the corner” feels like being exactly where you ought to be.

Great place to eat. Great food, staff and atmosphere. I meant to take a picture of my filet mignon but I ate it all before I realized it. It was delicious. Nice open dinning area with a bar to one side. Several tv's with games playing. Relaxed friendly atmosphere. Would definitely stop and eat again.

Barbecue nachos were good with great barbecue sauce. Reuben was good. Hawaiian grilled cheese was ok. Pasta salad was mushy and I should have gotten the potato salad which was solid. Staff was friendly. Chairs are a bit uncomfortable but other than that this was a great little spot to watch the game, eat some nachos, and have a beer

We got the ribeyes with four grilled shrimp. The steaks were grilled perfectly with just the right amount of seasoning so as to not overpower the meat. By far… best restaurant steak in Magnolia … apart from the 3rd Saturday in May (World Championship Steak Cookoff). The Chicken Bacon Ranch Baked Potato was pretty tasty as well. Oh… and the sweet tea is excellent.

My husband was almost giddy when he saw fried bologna sandwich and he loved it.. I had the Philly Steak.. which normally would be served on a poor boy bun/Hoggie bun... but this was on a hot dog bun.. still enjoyed it and brought half home.. We will be back again

Ordered a 12 ounce steak medium that came with a salad, and fully loaded backed potato. Service was friendly, nice open seating, and not crowded. The pulled pork was also good. My steak was cooked perfectly which can be hit or miss. We paid 100 dollars for 4 people to eat out.

Found this place during one of my business trips in the area several months ago. I’ve eaten there three times and as always: Great food, service is prompt and friendly. Popular place to eat. Family owned. You won’t be disappointed.
